Complimentary Engagement Session Terms & Conditions

This opportunity is open to engaged couples who are at least 18 years of age and are planning a wedding in Michigan. Couples who have already booked a wedding photographer are welcome to apply; however, preference may be given to couples who have not yet selected a wedding photographer.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and Alex Harris Photography reserves the right to select one or more couples at its sole discretion. Selection is based on a variety of factors, including availability, compatibility with the project, and business needs.

Selected couples will receive:

• One (1) complimentary 60-minute engagement session.

• 15–20 professionally edited high-resolution digital images.

• Personal printing and sharing rights for the delivered images.

Additional edited images and print products may be available for purchase but are not included.

Sessions are scheduled based on Alex Harris Photography's availability and must be completed within the timeframe provided upon selection. Session dates and locations will be agreed upon by both parties.

Travel within 50 miles of Mount Clemens, Michigan is included. Locations beyond this distance may be subject to a travel fee. Any required permits, parking fees, admission fees, or location-specific costs are the responsibility of the couple.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances that may negatively affect the quality or safety of the session. Alex Harris Photography reserves the right to determine if rescheduling is necessary.

If a selected couple needs to reschedule, reasonable notice is appreciated. Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior communication may result in forfeiture of the complimentary session.

By accepting a complimentary engagement session, selected couples grant Alex Harris Photography permission to use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, competitions, and other promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Alex Harris Photography. Couples receive personal printing and sharing rights for the delivered images but may not sell, alter, or use the photographs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Alex Harris Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotional opportunity at any time without prior notice.
